They made me feel like we had been lifelong friends! Ellie walked me through the entire process of replacement providing key points about what I did and did not need for my home. We discussed several makes and models of equipment, some of which Ellie would not recommend for my needs. I was throughly impressed with the knowledge that Ellie has in the business. They were completely transparent, honest and upfront with the specifications my home required and did not attempt to force additional components or equipment that would be unnecessary expenses. I knew from that first meeting that Extraordin-Aire was the company for me, but I did as Ellie requested, I got additional quotes from a couple of other companies. Needless to say, those additional quotes were a waste of my time and theirs. In less than two weeks from my initial meeting with Ellie, my new furnace and A/C unit were installed. The installers were timely and efficient, having the job done in less than 6 hours (we had alotted for 8 hour install). Cody and Dan (installers) were very professional, polite and extremely helpful in explaining how my new system functioned. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!!! The added bonus is that Ellie was able to get me a brand new system for less than I had anticipated! Amazing lady, amazing workers and amazing company that I will HIGHLY recommend to everyone I know that needs heating and air issues resolved!!! Definitely a five star company and five star people!!!
